9 Days Chiangmai & 9 days Ko Lanta - February or November

Chiangmai - 5 days study at the I.T.M. school or for advanced students at the Nerve Touch school.

We shall be staying in a 4 star western style hotel with good sized twin rooms - air-con and fan. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of things and has its own restaurant, lounge, and good reception staff who speak English. Traditional Thai restaurants, banks, chemists all one minute walk. The day and the night market is 5 minutes by ‘toot toot’.
Saturday we shall eat out together al fresco, live music with night cap! Sunday is a day to explore or just rest. Monday we start our study with Chongkol at the ITM, or for the advanced students at the Nerve Touch Centre. Both are intensive until Friday. Tuesday, the night market and Thursday we shall be having an exotic evening of dinner and show at the Cultural Centre. Saturday is Jungle adventure day where we ride elephants, visit a hill tribe village, water rafting, swim or relax at a waterfall. Wonderful with a lot of fun and laughter.

Ko Lanta - Relaxation and massage

Sunday is normally last minute shopping or massage before a 1hr flight back to Bangkok and straight out to Ko Lanta Island. Here we shall be staying at a traditional Thai style 4 star hotel. Family run it is the best in the area. We share two people to each beautiful chalet. I chose this island because it is quiet and not too discovered. We upgraded for this hotel as it is surrounded by wonderfully kept gardens. Situated on the beach it has an excellent swimming pool with water fall good quality food from restaurant that is 3 metres from the sea. Idyllic. Relaxation, practice and receiving massage is the agenda for the next 9 days Two trips are - twin engine speed boat to take us out for a days snorkelling, amazing fish - day’s kayaking around little islands with Thai lunch on the beach, or you may choose a scuba diving trip.
